*The etched glassware will be personalized by the customer's order. ( ex. Names, Designs, Initials, sports team logo )

To place your order, Pick the size and click the "Buy Now" Paypal button below. When the Paypal page loads, login to your Paypal account or sign in as a guest. Now you should see your order on the left of the page and your information on the right-Review your information. Under your shipping information is Note to seller: Add , Click on add, this will bring up the comment box.
In the comment box please put:
1) The glassware of your choice-(Beer Mugs, Wine Glasses, or Champaign Flutes)
**Note with the Large Gift Basket you will choose 2 sets of glasswear**
2) The CORRECT spelling of the Name you would like etched on the glassware.
**Note: Any errors in spelling of Names due to incorrect information given by the customer are not the responsibility of M. Rausch Designs, and will NOT be exchanged or Refunded.**
3) The Color of the flowers associated with the gift basket.
4) Your full and correct contact information: Full Name, Valid contact phone number and Email address.
Please allow 24 hours after submisson of your order for processing. Once your order is complete we will contact you to schedule a pick up time .
**Note: If you pay by Echeck or Bank Transfer , orders will not be produced until payment has cleared.
Paypal's normal processing time is 3-5 business days. **

If your order is being shipped, please choose the product BUY NOW button listed under Shipped Orders as they are priced with shipping included.
**Note: Orders will only be shipped if purchased through this selection.
To keep customer cost low we only offer shipping through USPS Priority Mail ONLY.
This 1-3 day service and may include tracking at no additional cost.
